He got the Principal's Honor Roll and Medal (for all As and Bs), the State of Oklahoma Reading Award (for reading 25 extra approved books during the year), the Merit Award for Advanced Reading, and the "top boy" in his class for three different subjects -Language Arts, Social Studies, and Reading Achievement. The top boy awards, according to his teacher, was REALLY hard to get this year, because she said her class had a lot of really smart kids. He made us really proud - but the proudest moment was when a parent of one of his friends told me that Seth was "such a nice child and he's so good to everyone - and that means even more than academics".
